Audiobook Challenge is hosted over at Hotlistens
So time for an Audiobook update, which is actually my most successful challenge this far. When I decided to join this challenge, I was just starting to rejoin the world of readers and wasn’t really sure what I could practically keep up with, so 12 seemed safe. But I know I’m going way over my goal since about half of my reading is audiobooks.
My challenge right now is I’m feeling a little ADD with my audiobooks. I’ve started probably 10 audiobooks in the past 2 months and after a couple chapters and I’m struggling to keep engaged with the story. It’s not that they are bad stories or readers. All of them I really want to finish, I just think I’m looking for something different in my book choices right now and I haven’t quite found it yet. Maybe it’s a summer thing.
So here’s what I’ve listened to so far:

- The Jewel by Amy Ewing
I finished Stitching Snow in this year, but since I got through about half before 2015 started, I decided not to count it in this challenge.
My favorite so far has been Ensnared. I really liked that adaptation of Alice in Wonderland. And I know I’m in a minority, but Glass Arrow was my least favorite. I just felt like more could have been done with the story and found myself mostly bored through the book.
