Because I’ve been a horrible slacker the past couple years when it comes to reading books. I only have one sequel I’m really waiting on. So I’m tweaking this a bit to Series I can’t wait to start!
- The Luxe– typically this isn’t my kind of book, but for some reason, I’m intrigued. We’ll see what happens.
- The Winners Curse– I hadn’t heard of this till I saw a bunch of bloggers talking about the second book in the series coming out and looked into it. It sounds right up my alley.
- Alienated– I started this as an audiobook, then had to return it one chapter in. But I loved it, and was super excited when the Author was at a book expo in town. It’s now on my TBR shelf
- The Demon King– My sister went to something in college that the author was at and she picked me up a signed copy thinking it would be a book I would like, and it does sound like something I would enjoy.
- Cinder– I tried the audiobook and wasn’t a fan of the voice, plus it seemed like I needed to pay closer attention than I usually do with audiobooks, so I’m giving this a try as a paper book.
- Grave Mercy– Again, hadn’t heard of this series till everyone was raving about the last book of the series. Plus side: I don’t have to wait, I can just plow through the whole series.
- Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children– Sadly this has been sitting on my shelf unread for a long time. I’m hoping to read it by the end of the year though
- Snow like Ash– All the reviews sold me on this book. I’m hoping to get this one for Christmas
- The Young Elites– Again, reviews I’ve been reading have me sold on this series.
- Shadow and Bones– This is a cover love read, one that the summary made me even more intrigued to read it.
And the one Sequel that I’m waiting for, and will probably be waiting forever: Ebon (Pegasus #2)
